Goal: To get my mood and energy to consistently higher levels, and someday be able to stop taking antidepressants. Apparently this requires regular exercise, minimally.

Pets: 2 cats, Vinnie and Sadie
Roommates: Allie, Melinda, and her dog Jasmine
I don't have a favorite food, not even a favorite donut.
I love many foods equally, and with fervor.
As a result, I currently have indigestion.
Now where'd I put that maalox... ?
