Monday and Thursday seem to be my dedicated lunch walkin' days. So I got my first 45 minutes in for the week. And then I had a green pepper with hummus (humus? I can never keep that straight) and a soy yogurt. I'll be hungry again in about twenty minutes, I expect :)

Your healthy eating is awesome. That'll make such a huge difference in an of itself. That's where my self-discipline (lack of) kills me.

If you dedicated them in honor of Marissa's birthday, then they don't count. Birthday calories are magical like that.
It's true. All those cupcakes and pie slices I ate don't count a bit. Nope. ;-)
